Here is video of Bill O'Reilly's "Talking Points" tonight where he expounded on "God, Global Warming, and President Obama." O'Reilly talks about Obama's impending meeting with the Pope tomorrow, and mentions Obama's statement last year during the campaign that the question of when life begins is "above his pay grade." O'Reilly wonders at what the Pope might have to say to Obama on that score.
He also cites examples of how Obama and his administration are overtly distancing themselves from the Judeo-Christian values that O'Reilly believes indisputably are the foundation principles that have shaped our nation. . . . . (Watch Video)

Last week (Sun) I watched In Touch Ministries (Dr. Charles Stanley, pastor out of Atlanta) expecting to get a sermon (he really has some excellent sermons btw) but to my surprise they had a guest speaker, David Barton of Wallbuilding. In front of a gigantic (and so cool) American flag as his backdrop, he gave the most excellent speech as to the history of God and our founding fathers (who are likely rolling over in their graves because of the Obama admin).
He talked about how important God and the Bible were to the founding fathers and the Congress way back in the times of Washington. He brought along authentic documents that proved how there was no separation of Church and State back then, but an almost reliance on the Bible and principles of Jesus Christ. He talked about how the Congress while in session would pray and read scripture (Psalm 35 was an example of one of the scriptures the law makers used when making law and governing). He also showed a Bible, it was tiny and old looking, but it was the 1st Bible that was printed in the English language (because up to that point Bibles were available in just about every language except English). The Library of Congress actually publsihed it and guess what the main purpose for that was??? So they could FREELY use it in schools! For years and years the Bible was part of the school system and the government wanted it that way! They felt they could be more prosperous as a Nation if Americans lived by Bible principles!
He went on to say that 50 years after our Nation was established, a French leader at the time made a note as to why the United States stood out from all the other nations and came to the conclusion that it was because America had stuck to the same constitution, same government, whereas France for instance had several types of government over time (I think he said it was like 15 different governments).
The title of this program last Sunday btw was "Is America a Christian Nation?"
He also talked about how blessed we are as a Nation and that it was because God blesses nations that follow Him. He said that we are a Christian Nation and that there is nothing wrong with saying that we are because we also tolerate other religions, they don't bother us because we are strong in Christianity and that allows for religious freedom for all. Even if we don't agree with non-Christian denominations, we are not threatened by them and because Christians are the majority we should look at that as an opportunity to show other denominations how we are as Christians and that could even help others to become Christians too.
All in all it was a GREAT speech with lots of excellent info and I suggest everyone check it out on you tube:
Is America a Christian Nation?

I saw the bit when Laura Ingraham was on and Bill didn’t want to hear about global warming actually cooling.

O'Reilly knew all about Obama. Yet, he voted for him. O'Reilly would not vote for Christ if He ran on the Republican ticket.
When are you O'Reilly fans around here going to get it. O'Reilly is a Yella Dog Democrat, who has never NEVER voted for any Republican for any office, from Dog Warden to POTUS. Don't believe it? Ask him.
The man is an idiot, a left-wing media creation aimed at a mature male, blue-collar Catholic target audience. Don't believe it? Ask him any even slightly technical or scientific question. Global Warming? Even his home county is cooler than it has been at any time in the last 120 years. Scientific data? Means nothing to this troglodyte.
On many issues O'Reilly's heart might be in the right place. But if you're looking for his brain, hire a proctologist with GPS.

I agree as anyone, who had watched O’Reilly would have heard him clearly state how green he was. Do not let him fool you. He is no friend to conservatives.

I am surprised Bill O’Reilly can speak when his lips are so firmly planted on Obama’s scrawny ass. I am finding him difficult to watch. I turn him off when he starts defending Zero.

I agree. He sounds more like Shepherd Smith every time I am stupid enough to listen to the blowhard. He always has to praise himself with numerous self pats on the back. He loves the big I word.
