Th stimulus is not failing. It's a phenomenal success. It is doing exactly what the Democrats intended it to do! It's destroying the economy and making more people dependent on government, thus moving liberals close to the absolute power that they seek so desperately. Why do you think they want another one? If you think it's to help the economy, IMO, you're desperately naive.
