The battle between Nancy Pelosi and the CIA just got amplified with this news.

CIA Director Leon Panetta told Congress last month that senior CIA officials have concealed significant actions and misled lawmakers repeatedly since 2001, the chairman and other members of the House Intelligence Committee said in letters revealed Wednesday.

Seven Democratic members of the Intelligence Committee wrote to Panetta in late June and asked him to "publicly correct" his May 15 statement that it is not the "policy or practice of the agency to mislead Congress," a copy of the letter obtained by FOX News shows.

Most of these folks are lifers, as they are called anyway. If you assume that the Dems are being less than honest, then the accusation is that Bush’s admin was either covertly or overtly putting pressure on these folks to be less than honest.

The CIA has the means to find the dirt on the dirt bags in congress. Do they really want to turn the CIA against them?

what are the odds that anything substantial or important, in Dem eyes, has not been divulged since anything potent and damaging to Repubs was usually leaked to the NYT during GWB years.

Listenhillary says “Congress has been lying to the American people before I was born, and has never let up.”

Honestly, they’re doing us a favor. Let them attack and vilify CIA all they want. What happens to the dems doing this won’t be pretty.

The NSA records EVERYTHING, it doesn’t matter what Snopes or Google does to re-write records, the NSA has it all on storage.

After the obamination is purged from the Whitehouse it would be these records that will be called upon to make history fact again.

I believe the CIA is playing Obamas pipedream along for now and have resisted his attempts to follow his marching orders.

Presidents are never permanent, and there are safeguards to prevent that from happening. Obama is just a novelty item the weak minded people of America were led to believe in.

I have no illusions that there could be persons inside the CIA with certain agendas and power plays, that really is a well known fact, the question though is do they really want to go all the way supporting usurpation in the Whitehouse?

Eventually someone will be the scapegoat that held back pertinent information about Obama.

I trust the CIA as far as I can throw them.

But we can’t cut their funding, call them liars, tie their hands behind their backs with one administration, then blame them for not uncovering terrorist plots when we get attacked.

How do you keep an effective CIA and keep the political hacks out of the organization. Keep them from being used as a political tool?

Here’s what will happen.

Queen Nancy skates; Leon takes a little fall and blames the entire situation on the Bush administration and his lack of knowledge because of his lack of tenure on the job.

Just watch!
