The PPP poll today specifically deals with Sarah Palin and was conducted AFTER the announcement of her resignation July 6-7 (923 voters) (D 41 R 37 I 23)
What I want to do is compare these numbers to the poll conducted on June 18th, 3 weeks ago.
Here are some revelations:
1)Regarding her favorables (F) vs unfavorables (UF) Sarah has gotten a 7 point uptick
46 (43) 45 (49)
2)a 9 point uptick among conservatives:
77 (72) 17 (21)
3) a 7 point downturn among moderates:
27 (33) 59 (58)
4)A 7 point uptick among women and 6 point uptick among men
W:43 (40) 49 (53)
M:48 (47) 40 (45)
5) a 8 point uptick among Republicans
79(75) 16 (20)
6)no change among Dems but a 5 point uptick in indies
45 (44) 38 (42)
NB: what it also shows is a gap between likeability and credibility: 37% feel Palin is ready to be POTUS while 55% don't, but 68% of Republicans feel Palin would be a good match for the Presidency.
This is where PERFORMANCE and EXECUTION must come in to bridge the gap between compatibility and preference Fortunately Sarah Palin has 18-24 months to accomplish that task.
Deranged socialist women, perhaps ... but we have;
1.) ... Very beautiful women on our side,
and
2.) ... Very intelligent women on our side.
Cat fights are for bitches ... we have beautiful, intelligent women ... quite capable of seeing, complimenting and building each other up.
