Steele who?
They will need some RAT help now that Frankenstein is in the Senate.
What will we do after we have socialized medicine, cap-n-tax, and immigration “reform?”
boookmark
Secession or armed revolt - both are starting to sound pretty good to me about now.
And I’m not sure there are 10 Democrats who will vote against it, there may be. But there are certainly enough against it to prevent a filibuster from being overridden.
Of course not. Elections have consequences and this is one of them. Now that Al Franken has been seat the Democrats now have a filibuster proof majority in the Senate.
BHO has succeeded in turning this country into another Marxist Third World hell hole.
Our ONLY chance of slowing this march towards absolute socialism is to retake the Congress in 2010. Period.
As of now, BHO has virtually a blank check to do pretty much whatever whatever he pleases. That is the cold hard reality.
Don’t stop it. Like an alcoholic who needs to crash a car or lose a job, marriage etc. before going into rehab, the sheeple will not turn on 0bama until Epic Failure occurs.
Amen!
Leave the bunker ready for anything.
Of course not...This is good cop bad cop...Make the people think some of them are fighting for their best interest...
It will pass just like all the other intrusive punitive measures government continues to pass.
Only the fools are being fooled by this charade.
“They will need some RAT help now that Frankenstein is in the Senate.”
Coal state senators would appear to be natural allies: PA and WV have democrat senators.
Can GOP stop climate change bill?
Not with the humpty-dumpties we currently have.
We can’t even count on those 44 token nay voting Dims.
They would be tarred and feathered.
The Dim party is sort of like the another group, in as much as, if you don’t agree with them, you’re “out” one way or the other.
Their partners in crime have to go along with the
powers that be” as Conyers says.
If we have to depend on Rockefeller-Byrd/Barth in order to defeat this, we are toast.
“If we have to depend on Rockefeller-Byrd/Barth in order to defeat this, we are toast.”
Perhaps—but the bill would kill the economies of coal states. There’s a real re-election issue. Byrd is probably immune, but the other 3 aren’t.
Rockefeller was just re-elected last year. He doesn’t have to face the voters again until 2014. The best we can hope for out of WV is a split.
Allies? Now, they're allies?
These are the same coal miners who kicked the NRA off the premises before the election because they hated McCain and wanted Obama to be POTUS?
The same Allies who on Nov. 3rd, found out AFTER they had early voting that Obama wanted to kill the Coal Industry? Yet, some of them still believed in Obama.
NOW they're allies?
They're not allies, they're desperate to keep their jobs. And if I wasn't so concerned about the future of my country, I'd tell those coal miners to go to hell.
