Limbaugh thinks it is possible that Obama's followers will seek to change the U.S. Constitution (22nd Amendment) to allow him to serve more than two terms. That’s the theory, anyway. The practical application of that Constitutional theory has yet to be put to the test by, say, ensuring that only Natural Born Citizens can be POTUS, for instance...
