It was Nancy Pelosis star turn. (The blindingly white pant suit Armani? Lovely.) The House speaker giving the closing argument at the end of the cap-and-trade debate that she personally pushed to the floor. The final pitch. Just remember these four words for what this legislation means: jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs. Lets vote for jobs. Then the victorious vote. The greatest achievement of her legislative career. An extraordinary piece of legislation, said President Obama.
But what did Pelosi really accomplish, other than momentarily satisfying the powerful Green Lobby?
1) Getting major energy and environmental legislation passed in the House of Representatives isnt by itself a landmark accomplishment. Been there, done that. Pelosi is “the bloofer lady” dressed inn white, in Bram Stoker’s Dracula..

I hear mumbling from atop the landing, as the crowd begins to murmur. I loud shriek his heard, then a thud, followed by rejoices from the crowd.... “justice, we finally have justice” .
The dream then moves to me eating a piece of hot apple pie... then I awake with a silly smile on my face.
Yes, presently we are allowed to have dreams, but only while we are asleep and even those will either be taxed or prohibited by law if the dems continue to get their way. ;>)
Nancy D’Allesandro Pelosi - mafia princess extraordinaire — there are not enough Armanis in the whole world to change a dingbat into a Palin.
