Back when it was decided that the EPA would regulate CO2, I said this was a very positive development, because the EPA would be required to come up with rigorous scientific evidence to support the regulation.

Now it looks like they couldn’t come up with a valid scientific basis, so they are just going to cook the books. They cannot be allowed to get away with it.
