A floor fight that carried out into the hallway erupted between Maxine Waters (D-CA) and the Appropriations Committee Chairman Dave Obey (D-Wisc.). While it is a bit unusual to see Democrats trying to stop other Democrats from spending, David Obey may be the bright shinning light for Dems. It turns out that Maxine Waters was trying to get pork set aside for a monument to herself. She was asking for funding for a 
school to be built that already carried her name. When Obey refused that she came back with a plan that would have the committee approving a funding plan that sent the money to another institute which could then send the money to the school named after her. Obey, whio is very much anti-earmarks, still refused to approve.
Ms. Waters, a huge liberal peace loving Democrat, became hostile. Mr. Obey tried to walk away but Waters continued her verbally abusive attack. There were reports of a shoving incident but no one was able to confirm the report
Ms. Waters is a perfect example of why California specifically the US in general is in so much trouble. Her idea of helping her bankrupt state is to get money to build a tribute or herself. Why should she care? It's not her money. She should care because it is my money and the noney of the people she is supposed to represent. This government has got to change. It is not by the people and it is certainly not for the people. Shut it down and let's start over.
Ms. Walters is simply a reflection of the liberal human waste that populates her district. Even if she retires there’s no chance of actually getting someone good out of there.
And Black people are stupid enough to keep her in power because she’s “one of us” or “fighting for us”. The Black politicos haven’t done anything for US.
Just two Democrats fighting over tax dollars. What else is new?

Hmmmm. California itself has gone broke, and we have a California representative arguing over money the Federal government doesn’t have. Our Congressional representatives act more like clowns every day. Except that clowns are harmless.
The Founders did not consider term limits necessary as they believed the American public would rise up against criminal politicians. It was their one, great blunder.
Maxine Waters is just a reflection of California. The State is full of people with their hands out, waiting for the next government payment. The entire State should be sold for parts and scrap.
