I think Red Ted would be pushin' up daisies right now if he had been covered under Obamacare. I don't think he would have met the cost effectiveness standards to receive any care at all due to his age.
Just say "No" to Obamacare! Do it for Red Ted.

....why have they written a clause in the bill that says Congress is exempted from the plan?I have a feeling the UAW will be exempt from it also. After all, we just went to all that trouble to insure the continuance of their Rolls Royce health care plan - benefits FOR LIFE (no Medicare for them at 65)including hearing, vision and dental coverage.

“If OBAMACARE is So Great, Why Did Congress EXEMPT THEMSELVES?”
A most excellent question and one that should be asked of our elected officials....

This is NOT from the WSJ. Just because you are commenting on the WSJ does not make it a “source”.

***But according to the terms of the Kennedy bill, you must enroll in a “qualified” plan or face a fine, even if you and your employer are paying the entire cost of the plan you already have (section 161). ***
The Big Zero says we can keep our doctors and our private health insurance plan. But he doesn’t tell you that you have to subscribe to a “qualified” plan which will make your doctor pay out of his own pocket if he orders a test or a treatment for you that exceeds what Kennedy says it should. What hurts is that his statement will convince many people to accept his health plan.

What a crock, Mr. Obama!
If the govt. subsidizes GOVERNMENT healthcare, but not private healthcare, many people will go for the GOVERNMENT healthcare, and drive private companies out of business.

The Elite Congress think they rule 5-billion people, when in fact, only 304-million
make up our country. The water spout fantasy they rule by is ignored by
the MSM who gives them a pass at every turn and allows them to spend.
The MSM doesn't even realize they're in jeopardy also.
America has become Fantasy Island.
