To paraphrase Joseph Welch's famous outburst to Joe McCarthy. "Until this moment, Mr President, I think I never really gauged your cruelty or your recklessness Let us not assassinate this public servant, Gerald Walpin, further, Mr President; you've done enough Have you no sense of decency, sir? At long last, have you left no sense of decency?"
But the Bully-in-Chief continues is character assassination of Gerald Walpin. There was a promising development last night when Senator Claire McCaskill announced that the President wasn't following the rules that he helped to pass, in his firing of Walpin. McCaskill must have woken up with a bleeding horses head in her bed because she changed her tune first thing in the morning.
The White House has continued its description of Mr. Walpin as a senile old man (watch Walpin defend himself in the video below). And at the same time the Administration refused Senator Charles Grassley's request to provide additional info on the firing:

Grassley must not have standing either. It would seem no one does re 0bama, MO, Emanuel, Axlerod, etc.

Yep, too old and confused, yet we have senators and congressman that have been around since the stone age writing laws. Makes sense to me.
What has to happen for ALL people in this country to realize that this figurehead that has soiled the position of POTUS.
He cares nothing for the voters who put him there, he cares nothing for members of his own party, he is a laughingstock throughout the world, nobody believes a word he says, he picks people for his team who are less than worthy with dirty linen to keep the light of day off of his dirty linen.
In less than five months he bankrupt America, screwed Israel, kissed the hand of an Arab king while bowing to him, sold American assets to China to prop up his stupid bailout of companies in order to take them over and hand pick who will be their CEO’S - and the list goes on and on.
The one thing that is evident, It’s all about HIM, first, last and always, HIM, Him, HIM.

“Sexual assault and harassment allegations
During the summer of 1995, a 16 year old girl alleged that Johnson had fondled her. Johnson apologized to the girl when confronted by her with that accusation during a phone conversation recorded by Phoenix police though he also stated that “what you’re saying happened, I’m not entirely agreeing happened.” The Sacramento Bee stated that they had received a copy of a proposed settlement agreement, under which Johnson would have paid the girl’s family $230,000. After conducting an investigation, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute, on the grounds that there was not a reasonable likelihood of conviction.
High School investigation
On April 16, 2008, rival mayoral candidate Leonard Padilla distributed a 2007 report of similar allegations made against Johnson at St. HOPE Sacramento High School. The allegations were investigated by local police, but no charges were filed, and the alleged victim recanted her story. On April 29, 2008, a group of female civic leaders including former Sacramento Mayor Ann Rudin, Sacramento Municipal Utility District board member Genevieve Shiroma, and former State Senator Deborah Ortiz demanded the release of the police report on the matter.[26] The teacher to whom the student initially brought the complaint subsequently resigned over the incident, claiming, “St. HOPE sought to intimidate the student through an illegal interrogation and even had the audacity to ask me to change my story.”
Sacramento Police Chief Rick Braziel responded, saying, “I think the allegations at the school were handled in the way that you would want them handled. Immediately they followed all the normal protocols that they were supposed to follow. I think it was pretty clear there was nothing there... We did ask the young lady whether anyone had influenced her – her answer was no.” The Sacramento County Sheriff John McGinness said on May 30, 2008, that Johnson’s actions, though ill-advised, were not illegal.
Misuse of Federal Funds investigation
An investigation by AmeriCorps, a federal agency which has funded St. HOPE projects, is underway. Investigators are looking into accusations that Johnson made sexual advances toward two Hood Corps volunteers (one of whom was a minor at the time), that he violated program guidelines by requiring employees to participate in religious services and mandatory “Boot Camp” style fitness training, and that he required employees to campaign for Sacramento City School Board candidates.”

This flap is a simple matter, it is making an example of an individual who caught one of “TheDivines One’s” disciples with his hand in the cookie jar. For those who are more realistic in their perceptions Reconstruction II comes to mind.
As I’ve been saying, Walpin simply needs to claim whistleblower status and file a Qui Tam suit and let this play out in federal court.
I would like to see Walpin and Senator Byrd go head-to-head, eh.
So why did McCaskil change her tune? This is very interesting- was SHE threatened?
