As long as there have been computers at the social security administration they have been able to identify duplicate or fraudulent SSANs. Why haven't they used this capability? Well, look at it from their prospective. For every 10-20 illegals using a particular number, they ARE getting SS withholding payments as a minimum from every check (that's if it took a SSAN to get the job)....the kicker? They only have to pay out to the 'real owner' of the number.

Why are they just now doing what they've been able to do for probably decades? Good question to ask yourself...could it be that Zero has figured out he doesn't need these people any more? Could it be that the Zero Administration has really just figured out what deep shit we're in with Social Security - possibly killing his re-election (that may not be assured by the 2010 Census from his ACORN buddies by 2012?)

Regardless, they, SSA have been able to do this for a long time....just haven't been interested in enforcing it....screw them and government.

Thanks for posting this.

In the past when I have brought this up even with conservatives, people don’t want to listen to this reality.

Second Reality: If the employers with hold federal taxes and state taxes, the feds and states benefit from the with holding. In fact that can lead to the illegals being caught if they try to get a refund.

We know this young Mexican/American lady in her 20’s. Her tax preparer sent in her forms for 2007. She was informed that she had gotten her refund. Before the dust settled (actually is still settling). 10 illegals had used her SS# for work and one of the ten got her tax refund.
