Just what we do not need is paid protesters like ACORN and the union hacks assaulting and spitting on people there that are just trying to do their jobs.
The State Police should not allow this kind of criminal activity within the Legislative halls in Albany, This has gone from the most dysfunctional to the most corrupt and illegal operation like the modern day mafia.
STATEMENT FROM SENATOR GEORGE WINNER
Today’s disgraceful actions outside the Senate chamber were clearly
sanctioned by Secretary of the Senate Angelo Aponte. They were the latest,
and most disturbing, actions he has allowed since Monday that violate
Senate rules, the State Constitution and New York State penal law.
He put the well-being of staff and legislators in jeopardy by
allowing a violent protest in a restricted area of the Senate lobby. As a
result, Senate staff and legislators were physically assaulted as they
attempted to enter the Senate chamber, which had been locked by the
Secretary of the Senate in an unconstitutional attempt to keep duly elected
Senators from doing their jobs.
When that failed, he continued to obstruct the legitimate government
operations of the Senate by threatening and intimidating Senate employees
who simply wanted to do their jobs. He prevented important legislation from
being acted on by locking the door to the Senate document room and locking
drawers within the Senate chamber that contain official legislative bill
jackets.
The unlawful actions taken by Angelo Aponte in the past several days
are an abuse of his duties as Secretary of the Senate and he should no
longer be allowed to serve the taxpayers of this state. He should resign
immediately.
PING! Real criminal activity in the most corrupt government in the US, IMHO.
On a state level, perhaps. With Illinois running a close second...? But, lest I forget New Jersey.

One of the rogue Democrats now claims his house was broken into last night, and all his legal papers were stolen.
He's a sketchy goofball, so who knows if his story is true or not. That's why we need cameras on them all wherever they go, like some reality show. And make them compete in physically challenging stunts and gross-out eating competitions.
I am always at a loss as to why people like this aren’t Arrested immediately, like I said cases like this this should be a Death Penalty Offense.
If it’s required that the doors be open all the time, then why are there locks on it?
