He completely dominated the interview. She was playing defense—and badly—the whole time. Beautiful.
It really defies credulity that Miss Contessa Whoever she is would actually be attempting to SMEAR Gov. Palin for DARING to take offense at some very crude sexual smears of herself and her teenaged daughter (masqueraded as comedy).
What if David Letterman had called Michelle Obama slutty, and joked about raping Ted Kennedy’s teenaged daughter?

How dare Ziegler or Palin be outraged at the vile remarks thrown at Palin and her daughters, but it's okay for Contessa to take umbrage at less offensive and VERY TRUE critical remarks made by Ziegler about that station and the media in general and their outrageous and biased handling of Palin. It really does make the blood boil, no matter how many times the left and the media rerun this scenario.
Ziegler’s laughing and his general upbeat demeanor is what pushed her over the edge. He did a super great job getting out the truth about Governor Palin and the press. She tried to establish control of the interview from the get go, but he wouldn’t let her. Loved it! : )
Now let’s turn the tables around. Glenn Beck or (gasp) Bill O’Reilly calls Hillary, Sonia or some other lib big-shot female a slut or suggests that their daughters had sex with an athlete during a game. Of course no liberals would call that dastardly would they? (smirk)
The answer is no. For as long as I can remember libs have had selective double standards about over-the-line insults directed by celebrities towards certain people of a different political persuasion. Of course some do see the problem but stay silent. No breaking ranks...or in other words no integrity.
