I would honestly like to know the Constitutional authority for the appointment of these czars/carinas and their hangers-on. What happened to the Cabinet? What would become of them in the event that Congress were suspended, say, in a case of martial law? What authority to exercise authority can be given to such a position? How does such a position work with a Cabinet position? How were these authorized? What public interest do they serve?

Might as well suspend the Cabinet. It is ceremonial under Obama.

Like all the local boards in ACORN, that have no actual power whatsoever and can’t even look at the books for their own organizations.

This is the danger of electing Democrats to run the country. There’s nobody to stop them. The president, the House, the Senate, and the media all dominated by liberals equals the worst disaster to ever befall the United States.

14th Amendment-derived administrative powers, which deal only with corporate individuals (breathing or paper) and can be applied through presumption.

And there ain't no way to challenge the presumption.

Forget the "Czar" crap. What this is, is a "Kitchen Cabinet" such as first installed by Andrew Jackson. It is a group of advisors with no statutory authority or Constitutional standing but who wield decisive influence through the power of the Executive.

The practise was polished by FDR as well, and to a lesser extent by Richard Nixon with his "Haldeman-Erhlichman-Dean cabal, but has not been so obvious or powerful in recent years. The real cabinet continues to exist but its relevance is diminished as is its power.

The advantage to Obama is, he can install radical cadres of traitors in positions of power without having to subject them to Congressional oversight, confirmation, or discovery hearings, due to separation of powers.

It is a form of corruption of the basic process of limited government.

There is none.

Now think about the origin of the word "czar".
