It has been confirmed to Yeas & Nays this morning that the two have worked out their scheduling and will meet during Reagan's visit. Per the White House Press Office, Michelle Obama will welcome the former first lady for lunch Wednesday at the White House.
This will be the Michelle's first official White House lunch with any prior first lady.

Sorry Nancy, glad it is you and not me.
One can always hope that Nancy sets Michelle right on many many things. I think she can and will too. Nancy IMO has always been an upfront no holds barred tells it like it is kind of broad (as Frank Sinatra might have called her).
It should be nice and peaceful when they fly to New York for lunch and cocktails.
Maybe they’ll invite Ron Jr. and the three of them can drink tea and gossip about their friends.

If President Reagan was still alive and well, I suspect he’d be pleased to dine with President Obama. It’s part of the long tradition of bipartisan civility that eases the workings of our republic. Strong and principled differences in philosophy do not require personal hatred and pettiness.
