Agreed. You tend to see the “rule of law” argument put forward by people who a) know that there is really very little real “rule of law” governing in our country and b) make their living by slowing down and billing hours for due process.

I have an analogy.
3 women and 5 men vote on legalizing rape. Darn, the women lose. I guess they’ll have to “work harder on the next election”. Meanwhile...

In this case, full term babies are being murdered while a corrupt governor and AG protect the murderer. I guess we’ll just have to “work harder” to make the legal/democratic process work. Meanwhile...
