We watched this last night and it was hilarious. They got in one or two digs at conservatives to “keep it fair” but the main theme of the show was bashing environmentalists and “good” liberals.

Rather disappointed...

On a scale of 1 to 5 , I give it a 3 and may watch it in the future.

This show might very well offend anyone without a sense of humor.

Meaning, DU hated it!

The blond-haired adopted son being African-American was hysterical.

They forgot to check the box saying they wanted a black african baby so they got a white one from south africa, but he was still dressed in traditional african garb.

(We all know that we have shelled out the 99 cents per bag just to feel good about ourselves, but we never seem to remember to take them with us when we go to the grocery store).

Ha! It'll be a cold day in hell....

I DVR'd it and watched it after the George Strait special. ;o)

George Strait special was much better but I got a few laughs at the Goodes.

I give it 4 out of 5. Some really good stuff.

“I don’t like them, they wear flag lapel pins”...”Its ok dear, since the election we can all wear flag lapel pins”

“Dad, Im sorry I used so much gas”...”Well, whats really important son is that you feel guilty”

Mom to black neighbor: “Do you guys have a meeting somewhere where you, like discuss what hairstyle you’re going to use next year?, like the afro...which was a really good one”
Perplexed black neighbor, pauses a second, then answers: “Yes... This year the meeting is in Memphis”

My only complaint is that the animation is poor. The script was a riot.

I thought it was good, 4 out of 5. I think it will get better if ABC gives it a chance. I will give Mike Judger the benefit of the doubt. Anything that points out the hypocrisy of the loony left makes me smile.

Missed it. It didn’t look like something I wanted to watch until it started to get talked up around here.

Liked it,I expect it to get better...The 1st episode was most likely a little heavy handed, just to establish the absurd political mindest of the characters...The African adoptee character is very lackluster. Maybe they can write him out of the show by sending him to live with Obama’s brother in the hut in Kenya.

I’ll be interested to see them deal with different issues in the future...Definitely wont measure up to KOTH though.
Hank & the boys are just too damn funny, and easy to relate to. Cant duplicate that kinda stuff.

I loved it. Probably the greatest 30-minute commentary on modern politics I've seen in 30 years. It's too soon to tell but I would be willing to put this show in the same league with “All in the Family”

Three and a half stars. The episode reminded me of a moment in time recently. I had a plastic bag with a few groceries. A 20-something female, nearby, talking to her friend, made a comment about plastic bags and how they should be banned. I was unsure if the comment was directed towards me so I opted to keep the, ahem, peace. She was wearing a Che shirt...and got into a car that had a peace sticker. Oh, the hypocrisy that is liberalism.

I chuckled four times in a half an hour - worth two stars but I’ll give it a try again next week. The vegan dog was my favorite character.
