We're in a totally new, terrifying, fascistic reality. This man is a walking, teleprompter-toting, terrorist-appeasing, nose-up-in-the-air ..... NIGHTMARE!

It's Ford or Foreign from Now On (UPDATED AGAIN)

I've been wondering how Obama was going to sell Democrat cars to Republicans. Now that Chrysler and GM are puppets of the administration and the UAW owns and operates them, Republican car buyers must realize that an even larger portion of the purchase price of a new car is going to fund Democrat candidates and issues.

As a result, they'll turn to alternatives that have less rent-seeking baggage. Megan McArdle observed a month ago that Ford is feeling really good:

More On Chrysler Closings-- Did Team Obama Target Red Counties?

0bama may learn an important lesson: You can kick a dog for only so long before it snaps back and takes a big bite.

Is there any doubt that King Obama is a communists and he has successfully forced the Country into total disaster. And there is no way to stop him short of a revolution.

Oh Shiitte!

Are they (the Obama WH staffers) THAT stupid and THAT obvious in their obsession with power and hatred?

Or, rather, is the press THAT oblivious about their stupidity, cupidity, and lucidity?

OUCH

KUDOs. Good job so far, doing the investigative journalism the American drive-by media WON’T do

Looking forward to further analysis

We have a couple of younger relatives, who help determine which vehicles are bought for their fleet use.

They had opted for Ford or Japanese manufacturers earlier due to warranty doubts with GM and Chrysler.

This will drive more of their companies to Ford or the Japanese dealers for their future fleet vehicle needs.

Impeachment! But his congressional accomplices - and RINOs - would never go along with it.

Seems this would be illegal, if true. But I’d expect no less from a Chicago politician.

New Deal or Raw Deal is an excellent book...FDR did much of the same during his ‘progressive’ tenure as President.

And the map itself underscores why we NEED to keep the electoral college. Those few populist areas overwhelmed the votes of the rest of the nation. That and the RINOS like Collin (trust me I am still a republican) Powell ( course I voted for Obama)

Let's see - The Revolution?

For every Freeper on this thread who is plotting revolution, there is as least an equal number who will oppose you. (Half the adult population don't pay taxes.) The best case situation is that the mid-term elections will remove the Dim Dem majorities in Congress - but over half the voting population is currently being bribed with the other half's money, so that will be a stretch. We should learn from events in the Clinton presidency and see if we can duplicate them now.

Of course politics is the main thread in closing these dealerships. The Red States dealerships don’t contribute to the RATS coffers via campaign contributions. Big reason to shut down the money supply. This is WAR. It’s like the first thing the military does is cut the supply line. The RATS are cutting off the money supply.

This is very ugly. It would appear that all levels of decency and fair play have been obliterated by the B.O. administration.

"No facts please, we're Democrats."

Sen. Bunning asked Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner about Administration influence in deciding which car dealers lost their business.

Secretary Geithner stumbled a bit.

Well, what if interoffice communications surface showing that indeed the Administration did pick the victims. Will that prove Administration shenanigans?

Not to worry. I have the solution to this.

During the savings and loan scandal hearings Clinton Treasury official Josh Steiner brushed aside incriminating statements in his diary by simply testifying that he "lied to his diary." "No problem! Thank you, Mr. Steiner. Next witness."

Secretary Geithner, just say that you and your staff lied to the interoffice memos!

Just trying to help. Don't have to thank me.
