I agree. Let me ask my friend and I’ll see if I can get a few more details. She did say that one of the doctors had consulted an attorney and that one of the doctors had commented that he didn’t think he had purchased all that much.

I wonder if a lawsuit for an injunction prohibiting such letters would work. A letter like that has NO valid purpose other than intimidation. They have the right to purchase the ammunition. The government is just trying to intimidate them into not engaging in completely legal activity. Not sure they have the right to do that.

The lawsuit would also bring some publicity to the situation and would probably back BATF down. Obama seems to be following a pattern. His agencies try something outrageous and then back down when pushed back. I suspect that if there is no pushback, they will try something a bit more outrageous.
