Barack Obama's apologists state that his birth certificate controversy has "been proven a lie." They want it to be a lie, which of course has nothing whatsoverwith do with the fact it is not a lie. They can say it is; open their mouths and say all kinds of things. The fact they are not correct simply . . . exists. Whether Obama is not Constitutionally eligible to be President may not be proven. What is proven, so far at least, is that he and his minions have used every means at their disposal to hide efforts at exposing the truth.

My only concern now is that even if there is iron clad proof he is not, the court case would out last two terms.

My only hope is maybe just maybe it would slow down the erosion of our rights because time and resources would be drawn away from the Democrats while they fight the court case.

You can still be a naturalized US citizen, that's different than a native born US citizen who is eligible for Constitutional Presidential election

No, I think it’s a completely dead piece of paper, and doesn’t mean too much other than what the citizens themselves do. That’s why I suggest passing those state laws (i.e., the “citizens at work”) to get things to work the right way...

Something is rotten in Denmark. And Washington D.C., and Hawaii, and Indonesia, and Kenya....

We’ll that’s a problem. Because where it matters, the majority of judges consider the consitution a living document. It’s going to take more than just laws.

British Citizenship Act 1948. Any child Fathered by a British Citizen is automatically a British Citizen at birth.

Transparancy for everyone but himself. Time to write some letters to editors and demand that he begin with himself.

I thought that there was something about her age but don’t know the law to cite.

She was 18 and the law governing citizenship required that the parents be at least 19 in order to automatically pass citizenship to a child. More importantly to qualify as "natural born" both parents must be US citizens and the birth must occur in US territory. Obama's father was a British subject, his mother was underage, and it's very likely that he was born in Mombasa Kenya. That's three strikes...
