During Wednesday's White House press briefing, a reporter's cell phone started to ring.
White House Press Secretary and Chief Propagandist Robert Gibbs put out his hand demanding the phone and then walked back to his office door and threw the phone out.
What is this High School? The Gestapo?
The Press Corps laughs it up like they did at the Correspondent's Dinner!
That Clown Gibbs is a real hoot! Not!
What a freaking idiot; who hired this clown anyway?

Honestly, did not look bad at all when I saw it. In fact, it looked like they were having fun.
Regardless, seems to me like it's more a problem of having unprofessional reporters who don't know how to silence their phones.

Since Obama does not care about American opinion in the conduct of his job, he can afford to put such a buffoon, such a dolt, in this slot. It does not matter what this fool says or does in reality.

This went through three stages during questions about the Great Oh!s reversal on interrogation photos...
My guess is that Gibbs is rehearsing soft shoe routines for the time his comedy gig dries up as a means to redirect the newsies' attention.

In fact he provides a sort of cover for 0, as does Biden. Neither were chosen out of error, but rather it was an ingenious ploy on the behalf of the puppeteer Sorros and his masters.

prolly a set up, after all he's looked like a bumbling, mumbling twit the last few weeks. It oh so difficult to express Obambi’s policy when he don't even know what it is..
Will it come to pass, will we see Gibbs with a teleprompter?
...he's been hitting the ah’s and ummm’s a lot lately.

I don't support Obama, but you don't do something stupid like that when the President is talking to you in the same room, either, whether it's 0 or someone better. i.e. respect for the office of the President, even if I don't respect the person that's in there now.

I should have said ‘in the White House’. Whether it was 0, or a briefer, it was still unprofessional.

I've heard speakers make the usual "please turn off or set to vibrate" plea but also say "and if one rings, it's mine!" Sure enough, one chimed, the speaker said "give it here" and then answered the call. When handled with humor, it can be quite instructive in a pour encourager les autres kind of way. I'm sure Gibbs mishandled it as he does everything else.

Yeah, well. Most phones come with the ability to vibrate or silence. Shut the stupid thing off. It’s rude.
I just defended the 0’s press secretary. I think I’m going to barf now!

I don’t care what a Fascist propagandist like Gibbs does to the private property of a 0 sycophant in the pop media. They are both doing their part for the oligarchy.

i actually found it more interesting when a second guy’s phone rang, he answered, gibbs demanded the phone, and the guy just walked out of the press conference. lol that’s what made me giggle inside, seeing how just about everyone is loosing respect for this administration.

Lay off the guy, its not easy being the Minister of Propaganda - look what happened to Saddam’s guy.
