Call a Democrat...Bill Clinton, Edwards, Obama...they all have experience on sucking on the teats of sows.
Going to have to restrain the sow and get it out surgically or lubricate it till it comes out. It's a physical removal IMO...first I have ever heard of this. Are you sure its an acorn and not a mass, debris, or abscess?
