...Is it me? When Obama became prrrresident, I wondered about the head movements. Ahhh, totus. But, what's with the pens when he signs a bill or a exec. order? Enough ink to print one letter? or sell them later?
I believe that that is a tradition of presidents to sign each letter with one pen, and then the pens are distributed as souvenirs, to whom I do not know.
LBJ started that. Its so he can give the pen that signed the bill to a lot of political supporters.
I’ve seen Bush and Clinton do the same thing. No biggie.
As did Reagan.
