Samuel Wurzelbacher, the Ohio man hailed as "Joe the Plumber" by Republican John McCain's presidential campaign last year, said he believes gays are "queer" and said he won't allow them near his children.

Hasn’t Wurzelbacher’s fifteen minutes of fame run out yet?
I think it just did with this incident.
I wouldn’t either!! Good parents should NOT let gays around children.
He’s afraid some gay guy might be driven mad with lust if he catches a glimpse of his plumber’s crack.
Has Perez Hilton commented on this yet?
After sitting on the jury of a gay man who decided it was OK to sodomize a young boy and videotape it, I try to keep queers away from my children as well.
Sorry, but homosexuality is a mental illness, and mentally ill people do all sorts of bad things.
People are letting political correctness get in the way of common sense.
I also would lock my doors if a bunch of black teen boys came up to my car. BECAUSE I AM NOT AN IDIOT.
Enough said!
No. Not as long as he keeps saying things that upset the pink mafia.
Another bozo who's time in the spotlight has lasted a lot longer than it should.
Hasselbeck is naive and wishy-washy, that show she is on reeks from all corners and Joe The Plumber is not my representative.
People say things all the time...why do media and TV people get so bent out of shape over petty stuff like this?
Imagine...the city of Long Beach officially declares it has "pride" in it's perverts!
Yes, common sense should be punished.
I agree with Joe - common sense statement based on safety for his kids. Queers and kids do not mix!!!!
“Queer” is a completely valid word. It means “unusual”. Wurzelbacher’s use of the word was not only technically proper, but even polite. He could have used a variety of more colorful words, but chose not to. It is a shame the scope of our use the English language is so shallow these these days that the slang suggestion of a word overshadows its proper use in context.
I guess you have never had one of them try to take advantage of you. That was the major problem for service men thumbing for a ride in the 1940’s. Hell, I had a full col get me drunk ahd tried to sodomize me. Fortunately I was not passed out when he tried.
In scouting, this was one major problem with them trying to be adult leaders of young boys.
Sorry they are unusual, not normal....
"Perez Hilton is known for his flamboyant and outrageous behavior"
I guess working with all those lezbos on the view has softened Betsy’s brain.
