Obama, the Constitutional (law professor) lecturer, is asking Congress to take away the presumption of innocence for US citizens that bank overseas. Further, he plans to force companies to keep jobs in America by disallowing tax deductions for domestic support of overseas operations.

Guilty until proven innocent! It’s about time they fixed that.
This bunch of Nazis are going to do what they want to whomever they want.
In cracking down on Cayman accounts, how is Barry, Inc. going to write the laws to exclude his financier Soros?
His actions will either drive American business out of business or drive American businesses that can afford it out of the country permanently. For every move of the govt, business is going to do whatever it needs to do to counter it.
I don’t presume to call this man stupid. He knows exactly what he is doing. He’s purposefully destroying America’s private businesses with the goal of increasing his power through the increased dependency of the citizenry. It’s a house of cards though.
That’s been the case with the IRS from the beginning. Also if your property is confiscated as part of a drug investigation you have to prove your innocence to get it back.
Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Obama and the Democrats have absolute power and they are using it.
MORE CLASS WARFARE ON TAXES FROM THE OBAMANIACS!
We could have expected the just announced crack-down on those nasty old corporations for sheltering income from Timmy Turbo Tax.
But WHY THE HELL ARENT ALL THE PUBBIES SCREAMING FROM THE HOUSE TOPS THAT CORPORATIONS AND BUSINESSES DO NOT PAY TAXES, THEY COLLECT THEM FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS, SHAREHOLDERS OR EMPLOYEES AND REMIT THEM TO (FANFARE HERE) THE GOVERNMENT!!!!
When Governor Lester Maddox was informed of the high level of misbehavior and crime among the inmates of the Georgia prison system, he remarked What we need is a BETTER CLASS OF CRIMINAL.
Looks like the GOP needs a better class of politician. Replacing them all with citizens with some COMMON SENSE in 2010 sounds like a plan to me.
If we havent begun that process yet, were late already!
CORRECTION:
THEY’RE ABUSING IT — AND US!!!
THEY’RE DESTROYING THE IDEA OF AMERICA.
AND IF WE ALLOW THAT, DOES SAVING AMERICA, THE PLACE, MAKE ANY SENSE???
I don't know how they'll do it but rest assured the billionaire cash-cows of the left will be protected.
Selective prosecution. Something the Feds already excell at.
0 is a Tyrant.
With all due respect, the issue in this regard is not saving America, the issue is defending the Constitution.
And, EVERY member of the House and the Senate failed to do that on Jan 8.
That should have given us due notice.
Here let me fix this phrase.
Obama, the anti-constitutional (law professor) lecturer,
With all due respect, the Constitution IS the IDEA OF AMERICA.
>Also if your property is confiscated as part of a drug investigation you have to prove your innocence to get it back.
Very scary when someone might plant the drugs on your property and then tip off the police. Or, otoh haveing the police planting drugs on your property to justify an unwarranted search.
There, that's better.
IOW obama seeks to drive jobs overseas.
This is not about taxes. not one bit.
This is about driving jobs and production overseas in order to “hold back” the USA. (this is straight out of Aynn Rand)
“With all due respect, the Constitution IS the IDEA OF AMERICA.”
That is certainy true; however, the Consitution is more than an idea.
To put a finer point on my statement, the oath taken by military officers is not to the country or to America, but to the duty to defend the Consititution.
If our elected officials try to save Amnerica by emasculating the Constitution whatever remains cannot be called America.
