Military, I’m sure. Accuracy is within inches.
Commercial is within inches also, tho’ it’s pricey to get that level of accuracy. The guy who surveyed my property said his GPS was accurate to 2 inches, or a 4 inch diameter circle.
The same accuracy that helped us bomb the Chinese embassy in Belgrade a decade ago?

They are still civilians. They wouldn’t have access to that stuff.
However, Civilian GPS is accurate within inches now, so it doesn’t really matter anymore. And, they could also use GLONASS (Russian GPS) or the Chinese version.
Kinda off topic, but we just bought a Tom Tom nav device a few days ago, in anticipation of a cross-country driving trip. Amazing stuff. It's got our house pegged to within a few feet.
