Barack Hussein Obama is a fraud on the American people! The lunatic left helped him get elected and is using him in a power grab to rapidly replace our capitalist system with far-left socialism that will ruin our country. Process for Collecting the Reward:
The contract for the process of production of the birth certificate, it's security after production and the verification of its validity and the award of a reward shall be drawn up and administered by an independent law firm.

I wondered if it was some kind of set up last August, that in October he would release it and make us look stupid. Its clear now that its the other way around. And if the Russians have it now, at this point, they own him.
Which is another reason for him to produce it. If he actually was a foreign usurper, there would be about 160 nations from around the world wanting to hold the proof so they could blackmail him for anything they chose. With his odd actions internationally, he should prove to us that he is not open to coercion by anyone.
