Even as average Americans were planning to get out in towns and cities to demonstrate against Big Government and Big Taxes, Federal Bureau of Intelligence Investigation (FBI) surveillance was being unleashed upon them. In fact, unsuspecting Tax Day TEA Party participants were being closely watched during the demonstration planning stages in a covert operation that began on or about March 23, 2009.
If you one of the estimated 750,000 Americans who attended one of about 600 TEA parties last week, you might have seen media cameras covering the event. Media cameras, however, were not the only cameras taking video at these events, something that has at least one current FBI agent concerned over the future of America. According to this agent - the same agent who provided the Northeast Intelligence Network (NEIN) exclusively the unreleased photographs of the 11 missing Egyptian students who were the subject of a FBI BOLO in August 2006placed his concerns for true patriots of the U.S. over his own career when he confided that covert surveillance was planned and performed at each of the TEA parties that took place last Tuesday.

Oh..., I wasn’t trying to compare it to what you were saying. I was just recalling the past, more or less, during that time period...
Didn’t mean to diminish what you were saying about it... :-)
Yeah, about being a kid; it’s a different perspective.
So, what was the deal with the guards and guns and being taken away? What was going on with that? (if you don’t mind...)
And because Communism as an economic model really sucks beyond belief, (you really have to witness it to believe its failure) seeing the bombed out buildings of East Berlin as opposed to West Berlin pretty much built up was an eye opener for me even though I was only in 2nd grade - Real life Econ 101 class. Best way to learn IMHO. ;)
lol!
Probably not. You know those ‘rogue’ FBI agents are a lot like those ‘rogue’ DHS agents who wrote that ‘report’ that she doesn’t want to claim now.
Waving back.
I guess they are concerned because we are considered acting in a potentially “unhealthy” manner. Perhaps they want to see if we are spreading a disease :P
The extreme left and the extreme right are flip sides of the same extremist coin.
"One of the most important elements of paranoia is how it affects cognition. In other words, it is not just the content of the paranoid mind, but its process, which is troublesome.
That is, the paranoid mind engages in a caricature of thought, in which they carefully scan the environment for confirmation of the paranoid thought or idea.
This has nothing whatsoever to do with intelligence. For example, Noam Chomsky is probably a genius, and yet, if you read his works, he certainly comes across as a clinical paranoid. All of his considerable intelligence is marshalled in the effort to confirm his preordained paranoid beliefs, in an absolutely closed loop. In turn, Chomsky becomes the intellectual axis around which other, far less intelligent paranoids of the Daily Kos variety orient themselves through the magic of his authority.
Every clinician knows that you cannot argue with a paranoid. Doing so immediately raises their paranoid defenses, and they will simply incorporate you into their delusions. Free to be Paranoid

"One of the hallmarks of paranoia is that the paranoid individual becomes inordinately frightened of the object into which they have projected their paranoia. That is, paranoia is fundamentally an infantile defense mechanism through which the "bad" or unwanted content of one's own mind can be displaced and located elsewhere, so that one may gain a spurious sense of comfort and safety. ..... In fact, the further leftward you travel, the more it becomes the central organizing principle of [your] political life: projection of hatred and a near delusional fear of backlash. ..." Paranoia runs deep-into the left it will creep.

Well, I was paranoid enough to figure I would get flamed.
You got flamed?
No, but I was expecting too. Guess I’m under the radar.
"If you know how Janet Napolitano operates, you would. She's had much of the state of AZ under camera surveillance, mostly on the highways of the greater Phoenix area. And not with just the speed cameras. There are cameras all over town monitoring traffic patterns. You can download the application on your iPhone of you want. If they wanted to profile "tea party" gatherers, they will, and they have. Believe it."
(thanks Matchett!)
“Maybe-I-wasnt-paranoid-for-nothing ping! :-)”
Good, let em take pictures and know that we are freedom loving Americans who get our rights from above and not from elitists idiots.
I believe that it wont matter whether they know or not - lines are being drawn - people will be forced to choose.
Guess what? I just got back from our 2010 tea party and a woman ( very ordinary woman who looked like someone’s mother ) told me that last year, she saw three men dressed in black atop the parking garage that overlooked the park where 4,000 of us gathered. She said they were taking pictures with high powered telescopic lenses.
It is interesting because I had draped a banner across the side of our canopy so that this could not happen... and then lo and behold, I heard about it exactly one year later!
I’m sure they have a file on all of us ‘community organizers’ while meanwhile we have a communist infiltrator working for the enemy, in our White House. Pretty upsetting.
