Yo Sickoflibs—For some reason even people as bright as Mark have a hard time saying anything bad about Bush. I think you and I agree this economy is a collaborative effort by the demrats, Bush and the rest of the RINOs. Heck, even “conservative” office holders said little or nothing in the years and months leading up to the lending and financial industry’s turbulance.
Personally, the way to go is to attack all politicians regardless of party affiliation. The Tea Party organizers are taking precisely that approach—they are billed as non-partisan events—and I think it will ultimately resonate. I’m attending one in NJ today. Right now it’s raining and the event is to kick off in about three hours. I hope it does not keep attendance down.
This morning I read that the “has been” Newt Gingrich is making noise about running for president. The GOP might as well run McCain again for all the difference Gingrich would make.
THANK YOU! you score
