What are the other explanations for this? Seriously. Was he making a joke? Was he bending to pick something up? Was he about to sneeze? ...or did he serioulsy bow from the waist before the Saudi King?

Also, note the bended right knee. Bended knee is part of a bow, not reaching down to shake the hand of a shorter person.
