If any thing, it shows what levels that the Liberal establishment and media would go through to bring any Republican down into defeat.
If the judge sees that this is all BS , or a set up, or a witch hunt, .... the judge sees that there is something here that just doesn't seem right, so ? he trew it out.
You watch ? the liberal media will have a field day and have this judge slimmed and try to have him thrown off the bench.
