Why doesn't her law firm counter sue those bastards for legal fees, defamation, and for harassing her and her family through the legal system and for the financial damages incurred instead of constantly being on the defensive? It's always conservatives being harassed with silly lawsuits by Leftist DemonRAT lawyers and the political persecution mobs they represent. I never hear of any counter suits against these Democrat Party political harassment groups for their misuse of the legal system. This must change! Make them pay for evil actions.

I know it seems like if the complaint is dismissed they should have to pay. I think it said somewhere on top of the price tag this has rung up for the Palin’s the state has dish out money just to process this crap. If that's the case couldn't ordinary Alaskans sue them?
