Somewhat supportive of Obama and looking forward to bankruptcy.

Romney is correct on this one.
Those that are disgusted with Obama and hate what he’s doing to our country are not in the mood for such a compromising statement.
Romney stepped in it big time on this one.
“Romney stepped in it big time on this one.”
Bears repeating.
Some have discerning ears and some seem to have ADD
Many confuse being polite with agreeing.
It seems Romney did not need to tear down someone else in order to also have his say.
I don’t think he will make it because people can not hear they jump to conclusion too much in this climate.
One need to be mean and ulgy!
Than people know you have an opposite point of view!
Strange world we live in today!
From another thread. ------------------------
Maybe some of you need to learn to read more carefully. Romney is complimenting Obama on a very specific part of what Obama said yesterday. He is not offering general praise for Obama's plan: "That's something I think he should have said months ago," Romney claimed. "There were a number of us who said bankruptcy or a bankruptcy-like process was something that was needed to get GM and Chrysler on their feet again."
Romney is saying Obama showed some backbone for bringing up bankruptcy as an option, something the UAW has opposed from the start because it would allow renegotiation of union contracts. And, all you FR conservatives, bankruptcy and the opportunity to reorganize and shed excessive union benefits is precisely what conservatives have advocated from the first.
Romney complimented Obama for considering bankruptcy, which I know Romney has said was the solution for months. Lots of knee jerk reaction in this thread.
So, all of you are opposed to bankruptcy reorganization for GM and/or Chrysler?
