"...issuing a one-time payment of $250 to nearly 55 million Social Security and Supplemental Security Income beneficiaries. We expect to deliver most of the $250 one-time payments by late May 2009."

How does giving $13.75 billion in one-time payments to those on Social Security create or save jobs?

Also, how does recovery money given to USAID, whose express purpose is to give taxpayer money to poor foreigners save or create American jobs?

Dig around at recovery.gov, I'm sure there's lot's of ugliness waiting to be found.

You can view the "Agency Recovery Sites" here.

But the majority of voters, who fawn over their Symbol, do not care about such matters. What is important is that their Dear Leader deems this OK.

The true believers won’t change their mind no matter what the evidence, but some of the idiots in the “middle” who voted for him are starting to wake up.
