More Buyers Remorse in Obamanation
Environmental Republican ^ | 3/28/09 | Scott

That's a stunning indictment of President Obama and one of the more overt pieces I've read about the complete lack of trust the left now has in Obama. Yes, he will still have his die-hard supporters who will never admit they were wrong in backing such an amateurish candidate, yet every day we are seeing another major backer question whether or not Obama is up to the job.

By throwing in a Hillary quote they throw a little salt in the wound as well by showing that not only us on the right were correct in our assessment but that they had a perfectly viable candidate and unceremoniously dumped her for the flavor of the month who turned out to be an amateur on nearly every issue.

Maybe longer.

I have said this before on other threads.

Do you all remember the election? Unless the voter rolls are cleaned up....this man maybe in power for a very very long time.

The separation of powers are becoming more blurred everyday.

Was it Carson’s “Tonight Show” that had the “Not Ready For Prime Time Players”? Now the White House has ‘em.

Yes, and let us pray that enough of the American electorate that put this horrible travesty in our White House, realize that the complicit radical leftist Congress members need to be voted out to keep Hussein under control until he can be voted out.

There will be MUCH DAMAGE to repair in America after this coup ends.

Unfortunately, the administration will most likely learn and rebound. Having Rahm there will help biRack shore things up. That is unless others have Obama’s ear and Rahm opts to quit. That could be interesting.

I can see him get re-elected by perpetuating Republican hate alone. Didn’t a poll show most voters didn’t even realize the Dems controlled Congress beginning in 2006? We are actually in our third year of a Dem-led Congress but it’s always Bush’s failed policies that got us into this mess. If that statement is true, what did Congress do during the working years of 2007 and 2008 for correction?

“ENVIRONMENTAL REPUBLICAN”

What a stupid name.

Ain't that a little like “Compassionate Conservatism”?

I'm hoping the environmental policies of Baltimore, Philly, Boston and Chicago don't trickle out to the country, where we overwhelmingly vote conservative ~ as in conservation.

In addition to taxes and crime, I'm guessing that's another big reason why you'll find more conservatives per square acre out here.

Don't give the the stupid liberal hippies any credit for being environmental. They're not.

I have always had this argument from people on our side:

“Why do you quote _______”?

Whether it be JFK or a Clinton or whoever, fill in the blank.

You can not defeat an idea, in the public domain, with the voices of ONLY those who have always been against that idea.

It is absolutely necessary and appropriate to look for people who the opposition might listen to, people who are ordinarily opposed to our points of view.

Its all academic, this country will not survive even four years of Obama. I am actually looking forward to the break up. The way I see it the south is the only area that could survive on its own. It has the warm water ports, access to drill oil, a rich agricultural base, and plenty of people who love the ideas the country was founded on and are hard working. The Northeast will not last very long and will probably become southern Canada. The left coast will revert to Mexican rule.

The name wass selected because there are alot of us in the environmental business (cleaning up contaminated sites and such) who believe that global warming is an utter sham.

We believe in common sense environmental regulations and not stupid, half-baked, feel good laws.

This is something for us to correct - to retort to the 8 years of Republican rule, point out that the economy started going bad AFTER THE DEMOCRATS TOOK CONTROL OF CONGRESS.
