Home School!
I still don’t see what the bid deal is about the theory that animals adapt over the course of millions of years.
This conservative applauds the State of Texas for its wise decision.
Good.
Now, as far as why that's important, well, then I guess global warming is true, rubbers will stop AIDS and pregnancy, and The Iraq War was illegal. That's just a taste of what YOUR children listen to every day. Ex Post Facto laws are fine, The Second Amendment doesn't count, and on and on and on and on. Evolution is just a taste of the whole enchilada. I won't even start on the religious reasons God created everything in 6 days. If you don't believe, then the Holy Spirit is the only cure for that. God calls those he calls. An animal changing color to protect himself is a big difference than an animal growing legs, wings, or what ever to change species.
I'm just gratefully that Texas allowed me to home school. What people do is their business. I just have trouble with people that want me to believe what they believe, and are willing to bring down the power of government to force me. As it is, I pay over $2500 in school taxes each year and my child never attended public school. On top of that, I am forced to pay for crap that I don't believe in, and will most likely have to shoot the commie bastards that I paid to educate with my taxes. I get so sick of parents complaining about the drugs, crime, and debauchery that occur in public school and than try to force the same insanity on my family. I'll take what God teaches over what man teaches any day. I've tried it and it works.
It’s simply that there is *no evidence* that it ever happened, in a macro way. Best, Bob
