I dont think the boy liked the feeling he had! I dont think it is encouraging him to get high. What it does show is that you are an IDIOT when you are high and not in control. When my husband had his wisdom teeth cut out, he was tugging at what he thought was cotton in his mouth. I asked him why he was pulling on his lower lip LOL!
