I am not the least bit surprised that the clip he shows of his appearance is a standing ovation for himself.

I am not the least bit surprised that the clip he shows of his appearance is a standing ovation for himself.

Ever since he announced his new four year contract and quit his radio show he talks about NOTHING except himself. And this is only about a 10% increase in his narcissism.

Although I've watched him fairly consistently since I learned about foxnews just before 9/11, I can't really stand to watch him anymore.

We used to watch for his guests and just laugh at him but now his guests get even less chance to complete a sentence. He always brings the conversation around to himself rather than the point even worse than in the past.

Wise up, O'Reilly. Glen Beck is actually interested in stuff besides himself and I'm not going to spend my entire evening watching TV (especially when Free Republic is around ;0)

You summed up the essence of O’Blow Hard” quite accurately. I can’t stand the sight of him. Hannity is getting tiresome as well, so having Glen Beck on Fox may be an insurance policy against meltdown of both audiences.

Hannity is getting tiresome as well

Amen to that.

I just go upstairs and read sometime after dinner between 8-9:30PM depending on whether there is anything even remotely tolerable on fox at the time.

Give me Hannity. Beck gets on my nerves. He’s so vague in all his populist rantings.

kill the messenger

The point of my post is that the messenger has *become* the entire message after many years of good content. There is virtually no useful information there anymore. Can't see through the self-references. So I say: Get Useful or Get Lost.

He has become a little screwy at times with the Culture quiz and other such fluff but ya gotta give the old bastard a bit of credit. Big time numbers. Fox dominates every prime time slot. He has to be doing something right.
Been watching with interest the Beckster dead in O’s tailpipe. Even Bret Baier passing the hysterical Shep. My over and under on Shep being reassigned to Fox network is 2 years. They will call it a promotion, too. :)

Fox is on top because there is no competition.

Seriously MSNBC offers nothing but opposition research.

and CNN is so far left it’s sad.

No FNC on Antigua. When I am here I am forced to watch CNN.
Makes you want to puke. They attempt to tell you how to think and there are enough sheeple around to suck it all in.

Olbermann tonight claimed that O’reilly had made “death threats” against him. Then he had the woman who attacked the rape victim's support group on to claim O’reilly was “stalking” her. O’reilly is a pompous jerk, but compared to Olbermann, he's a prince.
