A BC falls under HIPPA? I've sure had to show mine to a lot of folks and their was no HIPPA for me to fall back on. It was either put up or go without. Hell, here in NV, you can't even get a fishing license without providing your SS #. Privacy laws my a$$
If you did your homework of reading even some of the previous discussions, you’d know the answer to this. If you have so many quesiont and you actually want to know what people have found or discussed, do yourself a favor and read up.
You’re like someone who enters the room at the tail end of a long conversation, and you want people to re-say what they’ve already been saying. But in this case, it’s all available for you to read, all you have to do is make a bit of effort. That’s what keywords and the search function are for.
The man is supposed to be President of the United States, not some circus clown. He is supposed to be President for all the people, not just the people who voted fo him, like you it would seem.
As for getting a New Jersey driver's license, I'm sure that piece of paper FactCheck photographed would be more than adequate.
You would be sure, just as you have been with the other smoke you've been posting here, but you would be WRONG. In NJ, a raised seal birth certificate (or current US passport) AND your current photo license that you are renewing are insufficient. A jpeg image on the internet would get you laughed out the door. It wouldn't even be as useful as an old utility bill.
You have no clue, and do not appear to be interested in learning about the issues involved here. I shall not bother to reply to you any further.

People are born all over the world and grandparents put birth announcements in the local papers all the time.
Check out the “K” in the different entries. The Obama entry was added to the image and not a part of the original type set. The spacing between lines of the Obama entry are different from the above and below images. And where I live, we have microfiche on squares which are removed from an envelope/sleeve and sandwiched between glass panes for viewing. Rolls are a long gone thing. Perhaps the fraud is added to a roll style microfilm, thus the lines above and below the Obama entry.

I would like to read exactly what the newspapers’ policies were regarding birth announcements in 1961. To my knowledge, it has never been definitively posted here.

And of course the reason Madelyn or Ann might have phoned in an announcement with slightly bogus info is beacuse they had precognition that little Barry would run for President some day, and they knew that he would need to prove his natural born status. Gosh, I thought everyone knew this.
And that's where Eleanor Nordyke's account of the birth of her twins on the same day as obama needs to be challenged. She maintained she gave birth to her twin daughters on the same day in the same hospital, yet there are no birth announcements for the Nordyke twins. If Vital Statistics provided the newspapers with birth details, why were the birth of the twins not announced also?
Remember, the father of the twins, Dr Allan Robert Nordyke was connected to the Straub Clinic...a fact conveniently not mentioned in the article:
If there were there would be countless interviews with hospital personnel, friends, acquaintances of both families,anyone who knew either mother,grandmother any family members or father or supposed mothers or fathers and in-depth of every suspected event that may or may not have taken place.
DNA is pretty foolproof and should not be the end of the world to get from many sources even if it means digging up graves of dead relatives.
It's going to take a first class journalist with lots of experience, a good deal of money, friends, resources and the rest to get to the bottom of what is really going on here otherwise we will be engaging in endless speculation over minute details of a huge story forever.
When did Hawaii say they released a COLB?
I've heard them say they have a copy but not that they released one.
Why is it that a COLB can be released but the vault copy cannot be, what's the difference?
