Question of the Week: Pelosi Bracketology Thank you for your patience regarding the delay of our Question of the Week. This week, Tim from St. Paul asks us:

Now that we've seen President Obama's bracket, what do you think Nancy Pelosi's looks like?

Selkirk: I Don't Want to Think About It

To start, Nancy's bracket wouldn't have 64 (or 65) teams. She would declare it wasteful, so we would just arbitrarily cut out all of the teams not from the left coast or the northeast. So she asks about her faves: USF? St. Mary's? No, they're not in it (and the holy water at St. Mary's boils every time The Nancy comes within a mile of the place).

This struck a chord with me since on Monday the
Davidson Wildcats will play St. Mary's in the second round of the NIT. Some very good players on each team—Patrick Mills for the Gaels and Steph Curry for the Wildcats of Davidson.

Whatever the outcome may Nancy Pelosi encountered the wrath of the Catholic bishops should she darken the doors of St. Mary's.
