James Robertson does not have a valid APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVIT, because the one produced for him by the U.S. Department of Justice evidently violates 5 U.S.C. 2903, due to John Garrett Penns missing APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVIT.

Soetoro could quickly put an end to the confusion by providing a vault copy of his birth record, his college records and his passport record.
He’s a public figure known throughout the world and he hides his credentials behind his privacy rights.
Judge Robertson will have to be properly sworn in and all of his case will have to be reviewed.

This will never happen unless he is FORCED to do so. It is obvious that Soetoro has a lot to hide or he would have come clean during the primaries. Only in America can a person with questionable citizenship become POTUS while the rest of government looks the other way.
Those who protect him from a proper investigation of his eligibility are just as guilty of deception of the American people.
