Remember the 25 DVDs that Barack Hussein Obama (President EarMarx) gave to Prime Minister Gordon Brown?
Well Obama messed up…
DVDs are not viewable in certain regions. The Region for US DVDs is region 1.
England is in region 2.

How dare you suggest that the smartest, most handsome, articulate president is a bumbling dunce! And his wife recently made the cover of the The New Yorker and for the second time.
The first time she made the cover was with her handsome, articulate husband, both dressed in jihadgarb...which was (regardless of what the nut cases at the New Yorker say) was the most apropos cover in a decade or so.

PAL vs NTSC confuses a lot of people.
If your in the states, and trying to send something to a US destination, convert or stick with NTSC.
If you want to send DVD’s overseas and they don’t work, fire your IT’s - because thier stupid.
