Or we can just use the moral ambivalence standard of PBS and the DNC and just let whomever wins the election decide how to juice the numbers (as long as the GOP doesn’t win cuz that would be simply wrong.....).

The Census is part of the spoils of victory... Wrong. Redistricting is a part of it but the census is supposed to be an honest count. In typical liberal fashion the author considers that as a victor she has the right to whatever she sees. No limits, no controls, just power. Sorry, Bonnie, nobody elected you dictator.
