Glenn Beck discussed this crisis today with Lloyd Chapman, President of the American Small Business Association:
14% of small businesses are likely to shut their doors in the next year.
97% of all new jobs are created by small businesses.
70% of our economy is created by small businesses.
Small business people are the ones who make around $250,000 per year, in that area.
Why does Obama have so much disdain for capitalism?
Many of us saw this coming, but America was duped by the cult of personality.

What I want to shout would get me in trouble. My grandson is in the house and has very good ears. This is sickening to witness happening. The American dream destroyed by a foreign communist, and the voters asked for it! Talk about the ultimate Trojan Horse!
I’d be very interested to see more details about some of those statistics. How was “small business” defined? When we started our small business - three people total, now - we learned that 4 out of every small business started closed within the first two year - that was the nature of the beast. In this statistic that said only 14% fail, what was the time frame they were looking at?
As for that 250K figure - what that gross total revenue? Net revenue? Income filed by the business owner? I can’t think of 10 guys in my local CC that would claim income of $250K a year.
the point beck is making is that Obama’s tax increase for individuals making over $200K, families over $250K will have a significant impact on job creation.
Certainly, not all SB Owners make that much, but many do, especially the ones who employee a dozen or so employees.
Those are the jobs that will be lost.
None of this matters now, BO and his thugs have destroyed equity. Savings are gone. He has, with GWB late term, massacred the value and worth of America. This may mot be recoverable.
IF they base this on the Clinton 90's plan that failed they will calculate it on income AND net worth. Basically if you own a 200K house that means you can earn 50K gross before you REALLY get raped!

Really. 0bama defined small business during his campaign as those “making” about 250k per year. Now, everyone accepts that as the rule.
First of all, any business that only “makes” 250k in a year, is a “micro” business.
Second of all, 0bama was asked if that was “net” or “gross” and he had a puzzled look on his face, and replied...”make, you know what make is”.
Yes, WE know, do you? (No, he doesn’t)
Has Baraq ever been employed by a profit making institution?
He appears to have minimal knowledge of business.
Hey guys; regardless of the small business stats everyone is throwing around, the point is that the Obama Admin poses a very real threat to capitalism and the economy.
Obama’s economic policies have nothing to do with fixing the economy; they are a facade to disguise a radical socialist agenda.
Only as an associate. He’s NEVER had P&L responsibility, or even a “nut” to crack at the end of the month.
