Listening to Barack Obama is like sex"

Smelly, shame-filled, and always unsatisfying?

Or am I revealing too much? ;^)

(Just a really weird day today. That comment really is not like me, LOL)

The only correlation I see between listening to Obama and sex is - someone’s getting screwed.

I strongly suggest that y’all watch this video to its conclusion. Alex clearly states that Obama should have given the credit to Dubya for the success in Iraq and even some to Juanito. And that Obama was wrong about the war and Bush got it right...

So what is this idiot’s strategy? And why would anyone listen to him? There are lots of unemployed people in the country, and this guy’s got a job as a Republican “strategist”.

The way to take this back is to make it clear that Barack and the Dems don’t have a clue about how to deal with the economic and financial markets mess, and are simply using it as an excuse to ram through some expensive, ideologically driven programs.

Either you believe that the voting public voted for leftist policies or that they simply were fed up with a Republican administration that lost its way fiscally.

If it’s the first scenario, then the GOP will be a permanent minority. That is, if we’ve finally reached the point in American history in which the people are too f-ing lazy and stupid to want personal liberty, then it’s over for the GOP, as the Dems will always be willing to spend more.

I’m inclined to think it’s more of the 2nd. The Dems, with their gargantuan budget and spending bills have handed the GOP a prime campaign issue for 2010. I think a lot of people, at least the people I know who work for a living and who are well educated, are sick and tired of all of the spending and the bailouts. The GOP needs to oppose all of this crap starting yesterday...and it needs to make that opposition clear to the public.

Anytime Barack wants to blame Bush, the answer is obvious...you’re in the Oval Office now, baby. Work all that magical 20/20 hindsight you promised during the campaign. Now is not the time for training wheels. Put up or shut up.

The GOP needs to find its stones in a major way. The more it fails to oppose this administration, the more it reinforces the media narrative that the country is supportive of all of Obama’s agenda.

Where are the people pointing out that despite all of Barack’s noise during the campaign, he’s basically acccepted a good portion of Bush’s war on terror strategy and tactics?

The GOP needs to chip away at Barack’s base (a base, which came together due to some rather extraordinary circumstances). I think it does this by getting higher income voters who are disgusted by his hard shift left on economic policy...and by getting some lower income voters who are disgusted by his left wing cultural drift...all the while making it clear to the middle that the top and the bottom are squeezing you.

Honeymoon’s over, Barack. Time to put up or enjoy your one term.

"Listening to Barack Obama is like sex".

Meaning you have to pay too much for it, feel degraded afterwards and still sleep in a wet spot?
