I disagree! As the leader of the Republican party - there should not be one way to speak to a black audience & another way to speak to a white audience.

Considering the percentage of the black community that voted for Obama, black Republicans have a problem: they must either be RINOs who decline to oppose Obama in any meaningful way, or be ostracized by their fellow blacks. For many, race trumps party.
