[...] Which brings me to March 08, when Olbermann & MSNBC devoted an entire hour of coverage to Obamas passport breaches by contract workers at the State Department.
[...]At the time I thought the story was an odd one to devote so much time and attention to. If a plane slams into a building thats breaking news, but this? Passport peeking? I thought the coverage at MSNBC verged on the bizarre. Someone looked at Obamas passport information . . . really what was the big deal?
[...] Well for starters, the answer to the question of whats the big deal about looking at Obamas passport has turned out to be a very big deal.

Congrats on noticing nearly a year after the break-in what most “birthers” recognized immediately after it happened.
Here's two other hints, Keith:
1) they were trying to get access to the records, if for no other reason, because before Nov 2001 the INS records would have contained a true Certificate of Live Birth (instead of the CertificaTION of Live Birth).
2) they were probably trying to get access to his mother's records, Ann Dunham, to see what she had in her previously-filed documentation.

Those files are protected by the Privacy Act of 1974, and access by State Department employees is strictly limited to official government duties, the DOJ said.
Lueders is the third current or former State Department employee to plead guilty in this continuing investigation.
In September, Lawrence Yontz, a former foreign service officer and intelligence analyst, pleaded guilty to unlawfully accessing hundreds of confidential passport files. Yontz was sentenced on Dec. 19 to 12 months of probation and ordered to perform 50 hours of community service.
On Jan. 14, Dwayne Cross, a former administrative assistant and contract specialist, pleaded guilty to unlawfully accessing hundreds of confidential passport files. Cross’ sentencing is scheduled for March 23, and Lueders’ sentencing is scheduled for March 26.
INDEED:
Funneled a million dollars to his failed campaign too. Stayed in phone contact right straight through the riots and murders as he lobbied State Department for pressure to force Odinga be given power sharing. Obama is a wicked man, a man of zero moral compass and absolutely no goodness.
Or very deeply hidden.
Dog gone it! I knew that, I swear! Been working on taxes and trying to FReep in between.
I honestly don’t think I heard that covered very much by the MSM...just one of those, “Oh, by the way...”
Probably read it here.
Money talks...
Ft March Park doesn’t
Let’s just hire Sandy Burglar to go in ans take a peek!
Blow the whistle three times - this is a job for Goldar.
The relevant information might be what the contract workers did *not* find on the passport.
If Obamas U.S. passport does not include any reference to his trip to Pakistan in 1981 -- a trip he admits to having made -- then that would be evidence that he did posess a passport issued from another nation.
OR he used a fake passport, which makes one wonder if such would qualify as a High Crime or Misdemeanor?
(Thanks for the nostalgia fix!)
He was just a college kid at the time. It's simpler to assume he had an Indonesian or Kenyan passport than to assume he was into some cloak & dagger business.
Maybe these? (Brennen "cauterized" thread & Newsmax story)

Obamas top terrorism and intelligence adviser, John O. Brennan, heads a firm that was cited in March for breaching sensitive files in the State Departments passport office, according to a State Department Inspector Generals report released this past July.
The security breach, first reported by the Washington Times and later confirmed by State Department spokesman Sean McCormack, involved a contract employee of Brennans firm,
During a State Department briefing on March 21, 2008, McCormack confirmed that the contractor had accessed the passport files of presidential candidates Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and John McCain, and that the inspector general had launched an investigation.
Sources who tracked the investigation say that the main target of the breach was the Obama passport file, and that the contractor accessed the file in order to “cauterize” the records of potentially embarrassing information.
“They looked at the McCain and Clinton files as well to create confusion,” one knowledgeable source said. “But this was basically an attempt to cauterize the Obama file.”
At the time of the breach, Brennan was working as an unpaid adviser to the Obama campaign.

He’d never fool Columbo, the 3 Stooges, or Barney Fife. Only 52% of America. (the stupid ones.)
I picked up on the John O. Brennan tie in a few months back. Cnn actually reported it (quietly)
