PLAINTIFF’S RESPONSE TO ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE Plaintiff, Gregory S. Hollister, through his counsel, John D. Hemenway, Esquire and Philip J. Berg, Esquire, hereby Respond to Honorable James Robertson’s Order to Show Cause issued February 25, 2009 as follows
1. Pursuant to this Honorable Court’s Order of February 11, 2009, Plaintiff through his undersigned counsel complied with this Honorable Court’s Order and timely filed a Response in Opposition to the Defendants Motion to dismiss on February 13, 2009 which appears on the Pacer Court Docket as item number thirteen (13). A true and correct copy is attached hereto as EXHIBIT “A”.
2. Plaintiff’s Response in Opposition to the Defendants Motion to Dismiss consisted of thirty eight (38) pages in total, which included a proposed Order, one (1) page; Plaintiff’s Brief in Opposition to Defendants Motion to Dismiss, two (2) pages; fifteen (15) pages; Exhibits, fifteen (15) pages; Affidavit of Service, one (1) page; and Declaration of Lisa Liberi, five (5) pages.
3. In this Honorable Court’s Order to Show Cause his Honor states he received “many blank pages, decorated only by what appear to be botanical drawings and the illegible photocopy of an Hawaiian certificate of live birth.…The blank pages were either somebody's idea of a joke (in which case I don't get it) or a mistake.” Counsel for Plaintiff would never file blank pages or attempt to play any type of a joke on this Honorable Court as Counsel for Plaintiff have too much respect for the Judicial system.

Y'all know I am a skeptic on a lot of this but jeeze, Bambi's lawyers are playing games.. from filing motions referring judges to a website to see a document to this, they are either stupid, cocky, or trying to get cases thrown out..

If any of these court cases come to fruition, it would be better if Obama’s approval rating had dipped a little more. Then, an adverse court finding could turn the tide of public opinion quickly against him.
When I applied to be a cop, they not only wanted to see the original certified birth certificate, but also all of my diplomas and accompanying transcripts. And that was just to be a cop; I would think that POTUS would be held to a much higher degreee of scrutiny.

Me too. All he has to do is show a valid BC and he could have saved a million dollars in legal fees. I can't figure why he doesn't just shut us up and show the BC.

I read this to mean that the plaintiffs had filed the blank pages with drawings. I thought that the BO people had only filed a motion to dismiss. Then the plaintiffs had been asked by the court to show cause. They submitted the documents. Not sure but that is what I got out of all this lawyerspeak.

Well, for me it was just marrying and staying married to an
Army officer. I had to produce a legal birth certificate when we were married, followed by a succession of full security clearances re overseas assignments or advanced military schools. They even wanted my mother’s birth certificate and naturalization papers (she was British). Neither she nor I objected.

I fear that, even if it is determined that Obama is ineligible to be POTUS, there will not be enough Congressmen with the courage to demand his removal. Watch the democrats go berserk while the republicans grab their ankles.

Was it so out of the question for Obama just to show his Certification of Live Birth [ COLB] to the court, but instead his lawyers chose to show the judge a hyper text link to it. Does Obama and his lawyers have any confidence to show a 10 buck piece of paper to the court? What are they afraid of?
It just seemed really odd, I’ve never heard of asking a judge to go to some website (unless it is a case about a website.)
