Remember the anecdote about the two new staffers in the Clinton administration exiting the White House after the swearing in ceremony at the inauguration when an Air Force overflight occurred. The first staffer made a comment in denigration of the Air Force and the second reply, "it is our Air Force now."

There is a way to reply to this type of overt criminality. We must expose these people for what they are - frauds.

On Feb 11th, on the ACORN website, Hanks is referred to as an ACORN leader. Her FORMER home at 315 S. Ellwood, Baltimore was purchased in 2001 at $87K - foreclosed on in 2008 with a 1st mortgage balance of (relying on the land records)of almost $200K. This woman took advantage of the appreciation in her home’s value and borrowed against its equity. No lender took this home from her - her own poor judgment or maybe even deceipt lost this house. Based on the reporting of her income - she would have only been able to qualify for the equity loan(s) on her home with either a stated income loan (where debt to income ratios could be manipulated) or a “no-ratio” loan where a borrower’s credit and their pledge to repay - along with title - secures the mortgage. On its very face, Hanks’ income didn’t support the loan she had even before the alledged adjustment that forced her into foreclosure. The only story here is how much BS will the public accept from groups like this before it wakes up.

Let me see if I have this right.

An ACORN leader buys a home cheap.

Refinances it to the hilt and gets a loan almost two and a half times the house costs.

Lives large on that money until she is foreclosed upon because she doesn’t have the means to pay back the loan.

Gets evicted.

Then with the aid and assistance of a federally funded organization she belongs to, breaks into the house she once owned(?) after it has been resold to someone else and decides she can live there without paying one penny.

How soon until we have people homesteading into houses they never lived in simply because the law or Obama won’t do anything to stop them from doing so or worse yet moving into homes and tossing out the owners of said homes because they would rather have a fully furnished residence,

Because .. I don’t think O is afraid .. I think he’s calculating .. but I’m quite confident he has made his greatest miscalculation regarding America and her citizens. The “silent majority” is still a force to be taken seriously.

While we may appear lazy (enjoying the fruits of our labor that we are still allowed to keep); while we may appear uncaring and the UN calls us “stingy” (we donate more money and services THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WORLD); while we may hate politics and all it stands for .. we really distrust people who purposefully use us and our goodness to support their own distorted view of America, and then wilfully lie to us about their intentions.
